Clearing Your Browser Cache

When you visit a web page, the files that make up that web page are stored in cache on your computer's hard drive. The next time you visit the web page, the page is pulled from the cache - - not the web. This provides for quicker access but also means you might not be looking at the latest version of the page. When you clear the cache, the browser is forced to get the page from the web rather than your hard drive.
