CALC
HIRE Learning is a special education program designed to teach hands-on job skills to high school students. Through involvement with HIRE's retail craft store, students develop business, social interaction, and professional etiquette skills as well as examine career options. Classroom format focuses on students becoming responsible, independent, and self-motivated employees through creating crafts, organizing materials and supplies, completing daily assignments, and self-evaluation activities. HIRE is located in the Centennial Area Learning Center.
Schoolyard Crafts by HIRE
Schoolyard crafts sells a variety of holiday gifts, painted furniture, cabin decor and much more.
Open during school days/hours
Located in the CALC building, use the east side entrance on Village Parkway, you'll need to ring the bell to be admitted.
