Staying Healthy

health
a lablinks project for Blue Heron 3rd graders

Have you ever wondered what you will be like when you are an adult?

Will you be tall or short?  Nice or unkind?  Healthy or unhealthy?

Well, even though it seems like a long ways away, many of the decisions you make while  you are in elementary school will shape what you will be like as an adult.

Your task is to help other kids just like you to make good healthy decisions.

Directions:

1. Mrs. Richardson will partner you up to work with a partner.

2. Choose a subject from the table below you would like to learn about and share about with other kids.

3. Use the lablinks to explore how to make good choices in that area to be healthy.

4. Using Print Shop- create a poster with steps showing how to make good choices in that area.  Be sure to include a headline, at least 3 facts, and 2 or 3 pictures.

5. Your final project will be hung up around the school to remind other kids on how they can make good choice with their health.
