Registration Information


Kids Club 2016-17 school year:

KC Preschool Update:

Registration for the 2017-18 school year began January 15, 2017 at 8 am.

As of February 2, 2017 Blue Heron Elementary is FULL for KC Preschool.  We do have limited space at Centerville Elementary.  We have space for all schedules at Rice Lake, Centennial and Golden Lake Elementary. 


How to register

  • Enroll online through FeePay. Using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the web browser, go to or click Online Registration located in the left-hand side menu bar. Click on Browse All Programs, select the program you wish to register for from the pull-down menu, and click Registration. Log in to your FeePay account, or, if you are a new user to FeePay, create a new user account and password.  Make sure to select appropriate season school year. Fill out the required information to complete the child’s online contract;

  • Download and print the registration packet. Return completed forms and $35 registration fee payable to District 12, through the mail or in person to Kids Club/District Office; 4707 North Road, Circle Pines, MN 55014. Online registration is preferred. Registrations accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Please remember to mail in a copy of your child's immunization record if registering for KC Preschool.  Immunization form.

Please be advised that having completed (or at the very least scheduled) an early childhood screening is required for KC Preschool registration. If you child has not been screened please call 763-792-5719 and  leave a message with your name, child's name and child's date of birth and someone will call you back, or email, or schedule your appointment online through FeePay. Registrations received without a screening date will not be accepted. 

Processing Registration
Please be aware that all registrations require a two-week processing period.

Registration Requirements

All children must be registered in the current session in order to participate in Kids Club.

Making a change or adding to your registration

If you wish to make a change or add to your registration after submission, all changes must be submitted in writing (can be email) with a two-week advanced notice and are subject to a $15 contract change fee.

Does your family qualify for the free or reduced lunch program?

If so, your regular weekly contracted care may be discounted by 25 percent. In order to receive the discount you must provide the Kids Club Registration/Billing office with a copy of  your eligibility confirmation letter received from Nutrition Services. More information, including instructions for applying and the actual application for these Educational/School Meal Benefits, may be found at Nutrition Services.
