YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS COMPLETE BEFORE YOU CAN PICK UP YOUR CAP AND GOWN ON Thursday, MAY 23^rd

□ All fees and fines must be cleared including lunch account and graduation fee must be paid.

□ You must be above the D range and in good standing in all required academic coursework.

□ All four advisory tasks must be complete.

□ You must complete the survey on the Family Connection website –The survey is available NOW. Log on from school or home.

CHS YEARBOOK pick up timetable for PRE-ORDERED books.On Wednesday, May 29^th students who have pre-ordered a yearbook will be able to pick up their yearbook in the West cafeteria. Doors will open at 7:45am for Seniors to pick up their books followed by an announcement during advisory for Juniors, Sophomores, & Freshmen (in that order).
Note: The announcement for the next grade is also the warning that the previous grade should be back in their advisory within 5 minutes. Students may be marked tardy or absent after that.
How do I get my yearbook?
First: Beginning May 22^nd, check in either cafeteria on the yearbook order sheets for your name. If you are on the sheets, you will be getting a book. If you think you ordered a book but do not see your name, find your receipt and see either Mr. Stacy or Mrs. Kienholz.
Second: To get your book on May 29^th, you will need a photo I.D. (school ID or Driver’s License) OR your yearbook receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Third: When your grade is called, walk down the wrestling hallway to check your name & enter the cafeteria via the doors by the gymnasium through the appropriate alpha doors (A-L or M-Z).
Fourth: Once inside the cafeteria, find your last name alpha sign & line up accordingly with your ID or receipt in hand.
Fifth: Once you have received your book you must leave the cafeteria & return to your advisory. Please exit the cafeteria via the doors by the band room.
If you DID NOT pre-order a yearbook, here is what you need to do to get one.
After all the pre-ordered yearbooks have been picked up & accounted for, we will start selling extra copies for $75. Yearbooks will be sold before (7:45-8:15) & after school (3:10-3:30) in W403 starting Thursday, May 30^th. Once they are gone, they are gone.
