  • Grief & Loss
We know going through the loss of a family member or friend can be very difficult. The counseling department offers a grief group at school to help students deal with their loss. Please see your school counselor for information.
    Stages if grief:

    • Denial/shock: this isn't happening to me.
    • Anger: why is this happening?
    • Bargaining: I promise I'll be a better person if....
    • Depression: I don't care....
    • Acceptance: I am ready to move forward.
