A Thank You to the Community for Helping Students Get Started on the Right Foot

The 19th annual Community Backpack/School Supply Project ensured 418 Centennial K-12 students started school with the necessary school supplies to be successful. Along with Our Savior’s, the project sponsor, many community businesses and organizations participated in the drive including Anoka County Human Services, Blue Collar BBQ, Centennial Area Education Foundation, Centennial Community Food Shelf, Centennial Community Education, Chain of Lakes YMCA, City of Circle Pines, City of Lexington, Curves, Dairy Queen in Lino and Lexington, Deluxe Corporation, Down Under Liquor, Eagle Brook, Centennial Square families, Festival, Gethsemane United Methodist Church, Green Mill, Kohl’s, Lexington Liquors, Lino Lakes Police, Liquor Barrel, Matthew’s, Molin Concrete, Press Publications, St. Mark, Summer Fun at Centennial Square and Lexington, Thrivent Financial and Twist Office Products.
