Odyssey Transportation Request Form

Please complete the following questions to register for transportation to and from Odyssey for the 2026-2027 school year. We ask that you submit this Transportation Request within 5 business days of receiving it. Please note that a new Transportation Request Form is required each school year. Families must submit a form annually, even if transportation was previously provided.

Please note: Siblings who have been approved for transportation will require their own separate request. After you have completed the registration for the Odyssey participant, please use the same link to submit individual transportation requests for any siblings who will also need to ride the bus.
