Enrollment
Students ages 7-17 (as of October 1) must be enrolled in homeschool. Students under age 7 who were previously enrolled in Kindergarten or higher must also be enrolled.
Homeschool enrollment paperwork is due each year by October 1, or within 15 days of withdrawing from a public school.
Families who are new to homeschooling or who have had a break of more than one year from Centennial School District must submit an Initial Homeschool Registration Form.
Families who are continuing homeschooling from the previous year should submit a Letter of Intent to Continue.
