Swim lessons for all ages
Centennial Community Education offers classes from 18 months through adult.
The Centennial Community Pool is in Centennial High School's east building (door N52), accessible from the stadium parking lot off 103rd Lane NE just to the east of the Centennial Sports Arena. Click HERE to see aerial map of location.
Classes usually consist of eight (8) lessons. Lessons typically start in September, January, March and June. Tiny Tot and Poly Wog classes for toddlers are only available in the spring and summer. The swim schedule can be found in the Community Education Activity Guide produced three-times per year in the Fall, Winter/Spring, and Summer as well as through Eleyo, the online registration system.
When registering your children for swim classes, please remember to do so based on their current skill level and their ability to be appropriately challenged. A class level too difficult or too easy will hinder the progress of the swimmer and possibly distract others in the class as well. Your child will benefit most being in the appropriate class level, based on their ability. We're here to guide your swimmers to confidence and success.
Our focus is on teaching relaxation and comfort in the water. Training arrangements can be made for those interested in becoming staff and who do not have current Lifeguarding, Water Safety Assistant or Water Safety Instructor Certifications. Please contact Colleen at 763-792-5240.
