General Screening

Any K-12 student can be screened upon a parent or teacher request. The nurse at your child’s school will complete the screening and notify parents of results. Home school families can request any screening by contacting the district nurse at 763.792.5530. Students who are being assessed for special education will also have their hearing and vision screened as part of the evaluation process.
