Annual Data Review

Family information on file with Centennial Schools is updated and verified each through the Annual Data Review process in Parent Portal.  The instructions below provide help documentation to walk through the process.  

A parent or guardian will need to login to their Parent Portal account to get started. 

1. Login to Parent Portal at https://campus.isd12.org/campus/portal/parents/centennial.jsp

3. Verify students in your household and begin registration

 

4. Each section will contain on screen directions to update and complete.  Sections will turn green when all the necessary information is updated or provided.  

* If you are not enrolling any new students to Centennial, select Next to move in the Annual Data Review Process
