Manage My Credentials

1. Navigate to https://myid.isd12.org
2. Select your name to reveal the account menu
3. Select Change Password or Update Challenge Questions

1. Navigate to https://myid.isd12.org

2. Select Need Help

3. Enter in your username

4. Follow the onscreen directions to answer your challenge questions to recover

5. Update Password

*If you have not setup your challenge questions, you will need to contact the school office

Staff have the option to authenticate via a code sent via text message.  Staff must add their mobile phone number to their profile in Rapid Identity.  

1. Login to myid.isd12.org
2. Select your name to reveal the account menu
3. Select Profile Settings
4. Enter in your mobile phone number and click Save

*If you do not want to utilize Text, enter 000-000-0000

1. Navigate to myid.isd12.org
2. Enter Username and Password
3. Enter code sent via text message
4. Select Go

*Select Try Another Method if you want to authenticate via Challenge Responses

1. Navigate to myid.isd12.org
2. Enter Username and Password
3. Select Try Another Method rather than entering in a code
4. Enter Challenge Responses
