I. PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to provide for the complex administrative supervision necessary for the school district.
II. GENERAL STATEMENT OF POLICY
A. A variety of talents and efforts is required to provide the supervision necessary for effective working and learning environments.
B. The superintendent shall establish an administrative team in School District #12 which meets regularly to utilize its members' talents to the utmost advantage in seeking excellence in the school system. Teams of administrators and other district staff may be formed to implement specific district goals.
C. The management team may be made up of district office administrators, building administrators, and others when appropriate.
D. Meetings of the team will usually be conducted to correspond to the school board meeting calendar.
E. The agenda for these meetings will be prepared in advance of the meeting by the superintendent with input from other team member(s).
F. Informal minutes of each meeting will be forwarded to all team members by the superintendent or a designate after each meeting.
