I. PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to provide for goals and objectives for the Centennial School District administrators.
II. GENERAL STATEMENT OF POLICY
The school board’s goals and objectives outline the board-identified priorities for the district.
A. The school board annually will formulate short- and long-range goals for the superintendent, including timelines, to achieve those board goals and objectives.
B. The school board will consult with the superintendent in forming his/her goals and objectives.
C. The superintendent will develop an annual goal-setting program for all school district administrators.
D. The superintendent will set goals and objectives for his/her direct reports annually. The superintendent will consult with those individuals in forming those goals and objectives.
E. The superintendent will set goals and objectives for district office administrators by October 1 of each year.
F. Building administrators will have goals and objectives set by October 15 of each year for their direct reports, after consultation with those individuals.
G. The superintendent will conduct annual evaluations with his/her direct reports. Evaluations will be performed on all employees at least annually throughout the district.
