U.S. News & World Report ranked Centennial High School 21st out of 772 schools in the state of Minnesota for its student performance and preparing students for college-level work.
Centennial students, grades 4-8, have been developing problem-solving skills through the Future Problem Solving Program (FPSP). Two teams landed an opportunity to advance to the international competition to be held at the University of Indiana in June.
A simulated, fatal accident at Centennial High School was designed to drive home a message to teens that it is unsafe to drive while drinking, texting or under the influence of narcotics.
For the second time in school history, a Centennial varsity team has won a state championship! The North Suburban Cougars, CHS' adapted floor hockey team, won the MSHSL State Tournament.

Paras work in a variety of positions providing instructional assistance, pupil support, lunch room and playground supervision, hallway and parking lot monitoring, media center assistance, office support and so much more.
