How to Enroll Your Child in Kindergarten

Kindergarten Registration Information Nights
Children who are five years of age on or before September 1 of the school year are eligible to attend kindergarten. Centennial offers free, all day kindergarten.

Blue Heron Elementary: February 7, 2019, 5:30pm-7:00pm

Centennial Elementary: January 31, 2019, 5:30pm-6:15pm  (Note: Time change--ends at 6:15pm instead of 7pm and this registration session is for parents only.)

Centerville Elementary: February 5, 2019, 4:30pm-6:00pm

Golden Lake Elementary: February 6, 2019, 5:30pm-7:00pm

Rice Lake Elementary: February 12, 2019, 5:30pm-7:00pm

Enrollment Forms and Documents

Forms need to be completed by the parent or guardian of the student.

Minnesota School Immunization Law and Information

Minnesota Statute Section 121A.15 and Minnesota Rules Chapter 4604 require that each student enrolled in and remaining in an early childhood program, elementary school, or secondary school must submit a record stating that they have received immunizations consistent with medically accepted standards.

Transportation Information

Transportation for all day, every day kindergarten is available for students who live outside the kindergarten walk area and attend the school that serves their neighborhood.
