Centennial High School Special Education Lead Teacher. Intakes for Special Education students new to CHS. Represent ISD 12 for students placed outside of our district.
District health services lead nurse, housed at Centennial Middle School, providing support and leadership to nurses at 5 elementary buildings, the middle school and high school, and the ALC, Pines and Journey program for students 18-21 with special needs. Active member of many resource groups including Student Assistance Teams and Child Study Teams (Special Education) at all buildings located within the district. Co-coordinator of Early Childhood Screening. Special interests include working with families with children ages birth-21, and advocating for student health and wellness in the school setting.
The Centennial School District American Indian Education Program is free to all American Indian Students. Our focus is on cultural and traditional values while assisting American Indian students in achieving a quality education in high school and beyond. This includes our cultural program each month which includes tribal history, language, story, art, games and independent projects.
